Instructions

Mix the yeast, water, milk, egg, salt and oil in a large bowl. Add the flour slowly while kneading until you get a dough which is not sticky.

Wrap the bowl with cling film and let it stay in a warm and dark place for 1 hour to raise.

Place the dough on a tray you covered with baking paper. Roll out the dough slowly with your hands or a water glass until you get a thin circle. Pinch the sides and pull a little upwards so that the stuffing won't spill.

Mix the tomato purée, vinegar, oil, spices and salt in a bowl and spread on to the circle.

Grate the cheeses and mix them in a bowl. Spread the cheese mix and pepperoni on to the sauce.

Preheat the oven at 250 ℃. (with fan on)

Bake the pizza for 7-8 minutes.
