Ingredients
    For Dough
  • 1 Egg
  • 500 g Flour
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dry yeast
  • 50 ml Water
  • For Sauce
  • 200 ml Tomato purée
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Mint
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • For Toppings
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  • 30 g Feta cheese
  • 30 g Any cheese you want (I chose tulum cheese)
  • 10 Pepperoni slices
Instructions
  1. Mix the yeast, water, milk, egg, salt and oil in a large bowl. Add the flour slowly while kneading until you get a dough which is not sticky.
  2. Wrap the bowl with cling film and let it stay in a warm and dark place for 1 hour to raise.
  3. Place the dough on a tray you covered with baking paper. Roll out the dough slowly with your hands or a water glass until you get a thin circle. Pinch the sides and pull a little upwards so that the stuffing won't spill.
  4. Mix the tomato purée, vinegar, oil, spices and salt in a bowl and spread on to the circle.
  5. Grate the cheeses and mix them in a bowl. Spread the cheese mix and pepperoni on to the sauce.
  6. Preheat the oven at 250 ℃. (with fan on)
  7. Bake the pizza for 7-8 minutes.
  8. Bon appetit!
