Cheesy-Creamy Doner Kebab

Ingredients
    For Baked Potatoes
  • 6 Potatoes
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Mint
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • For Main Dish
  • 500 g Packed doner kebab
  • 150 g Mozzarella (Grated)
  • 200 g Heavy cream
Instructions
    For Baked Potatoes
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  2. Mix the spices and oil in a large bowl and cover the potatoes with this mix.
  3. Place the potatoes on an oven tray covered with baking paper and spread them evenly.
  4. Preheat the oven at 180°C (turbo mode on)
  5. Bake the potatoes in the oven for 20 minutes. Don't turn off the oven afterwards.
  6. For Main Dish
  7. Place the packed doner kebab on a pan and heat it up for 5 minutes.
  8. Get a heat resistant tray and oil the inside.
  9. Place half of the baked potatoes in the tray, pour half of the cream evenly on top of the potatoes and add half of the grated mozzarella on top.
  10. Place half of the doner evenly on top. And repeat this cycle once more.
  11. Turn up the oven temperature to 200°C. (fan mode still on)
  12. Bake the dish for 15 minutes.
