Instructions

Mix the yeast, milk, egg and 50 ml vegetable oil in a large bowl. Dissolve the salt in 50 ml of water (in an empty glass) and pour this on top while mixing. Add the flour slowly while kneading until you get a dough which is not sticky.

Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil at the end to gather the dough and get a smooth surface.

Wrap the bowl with cling film and let it stay in a warm and dark place for 1 hour to raise.

Place the dough on a tray you covered with baking paper. Roll out the dough slowly with your hands or a water glass until you get a thin circle. Pinch the sides and pull a little upwards so that the sauce won't spill.

Mix the tomato purée, vinegar, olive oil, spices and salt in a bowl and spread on to the circle.

Grate the cheeses and mix them in a bowl. Spread the cheese mix on to the sauce.

Preheat the oven at 230 ℃. (fan mode on)

Bake the pizza for 10 minutes.
