Cheesy Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
    For Dough
  • 1 Egg
  • 500 g Flour (5 water glasses)
  • 200 ml Milk (1 water glass)
  • 50 ml Vegetable oil (1/4 water glass)
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dry yeast
  • 50 ml Water (1/4 water glass)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil (For gathering the dough at the end)
  • For Sauce
  • 200 ml Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mint
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • For Toppings
  • 200 g Mozzarella (or fresh kaşar)
  • 100 g Parmesan (or old kaşar)
Instructions
  1. Mix the yeast, milk, egg and 50 ml vegetable oil in a large bowl. Dissolve the salt in 50 ml of water (in an empty glass) and pour this on top while mixing. Add the flour slowly while kneading until you get a dough which is not sticky.
  2. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil at the end to gather the dough and get a smooth surface.
  3. Wrap the bowl with cling film and let it stay in a warm and dark place for 1 hour to raise.
  4. Place the dough on a tray you covered with baking paper. Roll out the dough slowly with your hands or a water glass until you get a thin circle. Pinch the sides and pull a little upwards so that the sauce won't spill.
  5. Mix the tomato purée, vinegar, olive oil, spices and salt in a bowl and spread on to the circle.
  6. Grate the cheeses and mix them in a bowl. Spread the cheese mix on to the sauce.
  7. Preheat the oven at 230 ℃. (fan mode on)
  8. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes.
