Classic Popovers

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Butter (Melted)
  • 240 g Flour
  • 300 ml Milk (Warm)
  • 3 Eggs (Large)
  • 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Mix eggs, milk, salt and warm melted butter in a large bowl with the help of a whisk.
  2. Add flour slowly while stirring the mixture until you get a semi-liquid dough.
  3. Preheat the oven in 220°C. (fan mode off)
  4. Use some butter to oil the muffin tray or muffin mould.
  5. Fill each muffin mould until half level with the dough.
  6. Bake the popovers for 30 minutes. Don't peak or they won't raise!
