Homemade Schnitzel

An easy chicken dinner recipe you can prepare quickly with basic and ingredients which will make you enjoy the crispy taste for a long time!

Ingredients
  • 1000 g Chicken breast
  • 6 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Mint
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to get thinner slices and tenderize the slices with a meat mallet.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, flour and spices in a large bowl.
  3. Cover the slices first with this mix then dip them in vegetable oil.
  4. Place the covered slices on a oven tray you covered with baking paper.
  5. Preheat the oven at 180°C. (fan mode on)
  6. Cook them in the oven for 25 minutes, then turn the temperature up to 200°C for 5 more minutes.
