Instructions
For Marination
-
Separate the meat from the bones of the lamb chops with the help of a knife. Tenderize the meat with a meat mallet. Mix the milk, paprika and oil in a large bowl and place the meat inside.

Cover the bowl with cling wrap and place in the fridge. Let it rest for 1 hour.
For Seasoning/Cooking

Take the meat pieces out from the marination bowl and dry them with paper towel. Season them with the spices. Place them on the oven tray you covered with baking paper. Wrap the top of the tray with foil.

Preheat the oven at 180℃. (fan mode on)

Cook the meat in the oven for 30 minutes.

Take the foil off and cook 10 more minutes . This way, you will get a crispier meat.

When it is done, Take the tray out and place it on the counter to cool down.
For Cream Sauce

Place the butter, minced garlic cloves and chopped scallions on a pan. Heat the pan up while stirring the mixture for 2 minutes. Add the milk and cream on top and keep cooking in low heat until it boils.

Add the spices and grated parmesan. Cook it for 2-3 more minutes until the parmesan melts and the sauce becomes denser.

Place the cooked meat pieces in the sauce and stir for 1 more minute while cooking in low heat.
