Morning Crêpes

Ingredients
  • 100 g Flour
  • 200 ml Water (Lukewarm)
  • 200 ml Milk (Lukewarm)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • For Oiling the Pan
  • 4 tsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, eggs, milk, water, one tablespoon of vegetable oil and salt in a large bowl.
  2. The mixture should be almost liquid. Wrap the bowl and let it rest on the counter for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat up a nonstick pan, add one teaspoon of vegetable oil and spread with a piece of paper towel.
  4. Pour one scoop of crêpe mixture on to the heated up pan.
  5. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Repeat the oiling process and try to lower the burner heat down for each crêpe.
