Instructions
For Washing the Rice

Place the rice in a bowl, add the hot water and salt specified above for washing the rice.

Mix and wait for 3-4 minutes. Then wash it under warm water until the rice water becomes clear. Then drain it completely.
For Cooking

Place the butter on a large pan and heat the pan up.

When the butter melts, add the washed rice on top. Keep stirring for 4-5 minutes.

Add the hot water, chicken broth and salt specified above for cooking the rice. Lower the temperature and keep stirring until the water evaporates.

Take the pan to the counter. Try your rice, if it is still not soft enough for your taste, let it rest for 10-15 minutes with its lid closed. If it is soft enough for you, then you can let it rest 10-15 minutes with the lid half open.
