Instructions

Place the butter on a sauce pan. Add the olive oil and grated garlic on top and turn up the burner. (Low heat)

When the butter melts down, pour the heavy cream and add the mustard into the pan. Stir for a minute.

Then add curry, turmeric, mint, thyme, salt and pepper into the mixture and keep stirring for a few more minutes.

Finally add the grated parmesan and keep heating up the sauce for few minutes until parmesan throughly melts inside the sauce.

Turn off the burner and take the pan away from the heat. Let it rest for a minute on the counter.

Now it is ready to be served next to your seafood dishes.
