Strawberry and Vanilla Cake

Ingredients
  • 250 g Strawberry
  • 250 g Yoghurt
  • 200 ml Vegetable oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 450 g Flour
  • 10 g Vanilla
  • 10 g Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon peel
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch
Instructions
  1. Mix the sugar and eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Add yoghurt, baking powder, vanilla, vegetable oil and lemon peel on top and keep mixing.
  3. Add the flour slowly while you keep mixing the dough.
  4. Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. Cut them into small pieces, place them in a bowl.
  5. Add corn starch over and mix them gently with a spoon. They will be covered with corn starch. Be careful that they don't get mashed while mixing.
  6. Add the strawberry pieces in the dough and mix gently.
  7. Preheat the oven at 180 °C. (fan mode off)
  8. Bake the cake for 20 minutes with the fan mode off, then turn the fan on and bake for 20 more minutes.
