Strawberry Crumble

Ingredients
    For Base
  • 300 g Strawberry (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Lemon (Squeezed)
  • For Topping
  • 60 g Butter (Melted)
  • 5 g Vanillin sugar
  • 120 g Flour
  • 40 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
    For Base
  1. Place the chopped strawberries in an oven safe tray and spread it evenly.
  2. Add the sugar, flour and lemon juice on top and mix it. Make sure to spread it evenly to the bottom of the tray.
  3. For Topping
  4. Add sugar, flour, melted butter, vanilla and salt in a bowl; start mixing by using the tip of your fingers. After a minute, you should get a sandy consistency. Crumble the big pieces with your fingertips.
  5. Spread this mixture on top of the base of strawberries until you cover the top evenly.
  6. Preheat the oven at 180℃. (fan mode off)
  7. Bake the crumble in the oven for 25 minutes.
