Instructions

For Burger Meat Prep
- Mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl until you get a mixture which is not sticky.
- Pinch away a piece as big as your palm and roll it into a ball. Then apply pressure from the top to make a medium thick burger meat. Make sure that it stays in one piece and place these on a tray which you covered with baking paper. (Cover the tray with cling wrap and let it stay in the fridge for an hour.) For Burger Buns
- Mix the water, yeast, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and oil in a large bowl. Add the flour slowly into this mixture while you continue to knead the dough. Make sure that the dough is not sticky at the end. (Cover it with cling wrap and keep it in a warm and dark place for an hour so that it can rise.)
- After one hour of waiting, pinch away pieces from the dough as big as a fist and roll them into a ball shape. Place them on a tray which is covered with baking paper. Preheat the oven at 180℃.
- With the help of an egg brush, put a little water on top of the buns and sprinkle them with sesame.
- Bake the buns in the oven for 30 minutes with the fan on. When they are done, place them on the counter to cool down. For Cooking the Burger Meat
- Take them out from the fridge, place them evenly on a tray which is covered with baking paper. Cook them in the preheated oven (it was already at 180℃) for 30 minutes with the fan on.
- Put the buns and burgers together with (you can also add cheddar) the sauces of your choice and...
- Bon appetit!
Notes
You can serve it with fries or onion rings.
