Making the Dough
- Mix the milk, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Add the eggs and the melted butter on top, keep kneading for 10 minutes.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Filling the Rolls
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Start rolling the risen dough on an oiled surface. Roll it out until you achieve a 2-3 mm thick, rectangular shape.

- Preheat the oven at 180°C (350°F), use the fan mode.
- Bake the rolls for 25 minutes. Making the Frosting
- While waiting for the rolls to be baked, you can start with the frosting.
- Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, melted butter, vanillin sugar and milk in a large bowl with the help of a hand blender.
- Mix until smooth and set aside.
