    Making the Dough
  • Mix the milk, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Add the eggs and the melted butter on top, keep kneading for 10 minutes.
  • Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Filling the Rolls
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Start rolling the risen dough on an oiled surface. Roll it out until you achieve a 2-3 mm thick, rectangular shape.
  • Spread the melted butter on top of the rectangle with the help of an egg brush.
  • Spread the sugar and cinnamon mixture on top of the buttery surface.
  • Start rolling the dough into a tube shape starting from the long side of the rectangle.
  • When it takes the shape of a tube, cut the tube into 2-3 cm thick slices with a knife.
  • Place the roll slices on their circular faces, on top of an oven tray covered with baking paper.
  • Preheat the oven at 180°C (350°F), use the fan mode.
  • Bake the rolls for 25 minutes.
  • Making the Frosting
  • While waiting for the rolls to be baked, you can start with the frosting.
  • Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, melted butter, vanillin sugar and milk in a large bowl with the help of a hand blender.
  • Mix until smooth and set aside.
  • When the rolls are baked, place the tray on the counter to cool down for a couple of minutes.
  • Pour the frosting on top of the rolls and spread evenly.
  • Let it rest for 10-15 minutes for the frosting to solidify.
  • Bon appetit!
