    For Vanilla Pudding
  • Put sugar, vanilla, egg yolks, starch and flour in a large pot. Slowly add the milk while stirring with a whisk. Put the pot on the burner and start heating it put in medium heat while stirring.
  • When it boils, cook for 2-3 more minutes and get it off the burner. Leave it on the counter to cool down. When it cools down, close the lid of the pot and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Take the mixture out from the fridge, add the heavy cream on top. Use the electric mixer or a hand whisker to mix the pudding.
  • For Other Layers
  • Put the biscuits in a blender and blend them until you get small biscuit crumbs. (You can also smash them with an heavy object if you don't have a blender.)
  • After washing the strawberries, chop them into small cubes.
  • For Serving
  • Find 4 small cups or water glasses. Place 2 tablespoons of whipped cream at the bottom of each cup. Pour a layer of biscuit crumbs on top of this layer.
  • Divide the pudding into these 4 cups. Then add another layer of biscuit crumbs until you finish them.
  • Finally add the strawberry cubes on top of the last biscuit crumb layer.
  • You can serve them immediately or let them rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
