  • Place the chopped strawberries in an oven safe tray and spread it evenly.
  • Add the sugar, flour and lemon juice on top and mix it. Make sure to spread it evenly to the bottom of the tray.
  • For Topping
  • Add sugar, flour, melted butter, vanilla and salt in a bowl; start mixing by using the tip of your fingers. After a minute, you should get a sandy consistency. Crumble the big pieces with your fingertips.
  • Spread this mixture on top of the base of strawberries until you cover the top evenly.
  • Preheat the oven at 180℃. (fan mode off)
  • Bake the crumble in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • Bon appetit!

Notes

You can serve it with vanilla ice cream.
