- Place the chopped strawberries in an oven safe tray and spread it evenly.
- Add the sugar, flour and lemon juice on top and mix it. Make sure to spread it evenly to the bottom of the tray. For Topping
- Add sugar, flour, melted butter, vanilla and salt in a bowl; start mixing by using the tip of your fingers. After a minute, you should get a sandy consistency. Crumble the big pieces with your fingertips.
- Spread this mixture on top of the base of strawberries until you cover the top evenly.
- Preheat the oven at 180℃. (fan mode off)
- Bake the crumble in the oven for 25 minutes.
