- Place the butter on a sauce pan. Add the olive oil and grated garlic on top and turn up the burner. (Low heat)
- When the butter melts down, pour the heavy cream and add the mustard into the pan. Stir for a minute.
- Then add curry, turmeric, mint, thyme, salt and pepper into the mixture and keep stirring for a few more minutes.
- Finally add the grated parmesan and keep heating up the sauce for few minutes until parmesan throughly melts inside the sauce.
- Turn off the burner and take the pan away from the heat. Let it rest for a minute on the counter.
- Now it is ready to be served next to your seafood dishes.
