    For Sauce
  • Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, crushed garlic, spices and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add the egg on top and mix it with a whisk.
  • For Covering
  • Mix flour, starch, paprika and salt in a deep plate.
  • For Chops
  • Dip and cover the chop with the first mixture you prepared.
  • After that, transfer the chop into the covering plate and cover the chop with the second mixture you prepared.
  • Repeat this process for all the chops.
  • Place the chops on an oven tray which you covered with baking paper.
  • Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil on each chop and cover both sides of the chops with this oil slowly. (You can use an egg brush or your fingertips.)
  • Preheat the oven at 190°C. (fan mode on)
  • Bake the chops for 35 minutes, then you can bake the same way for 5 more minutes or if your oven has grill function you can turn it on for 5 minutes.
