For Sauce
- Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, crushed garlic, spices and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the egg on top and mix it with a whisk. For Covering
- Mix flour, starch, paprika and salt in a deep plate. For Chops
- Dip and cover the chop with the first mixture you prepared.
- After that, transfer the chop into the covering plate and cover the chop with the second mixture you prepared.
- Repeat this process for all the chops.
- Place the chops on an oven tray which you covered with baking paper.
- Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil on each chop and cover both sides of the chops with this oil slowly. (You can use an egg brush or your fingertips.)
- Preheat the oven at 190°C. (fan mode on)
- Bake the chops for 35 minutes, then you can bake the same way for 5 more minutes or if your oven has grill function you can turn it on for 5 minutes.
