  • Pour the oil on a deep pan and heat it up. Grate the onion and place it on the pan when the oil is ready. Fry it until it gets a pinkish color. Then add the meat and stir it often until it becomes dark brown in color. Pinch off pieces from the bay leaf and sprinkle on the meat.
  • When the meat is ready, add the tomato purée, spices and salt into the pan. Close it with the lid.( but leave a little open space for the air to go out) Cook it with medium heat for 30 minutes, stir it often.
  • 10 minutes before the sauce gets ready, put the spaghetti and salt into a big pot with boiling water inside. Boil it for exactly 9 minutes. (Al dente)
  • Pour the pasta into a pasta strainer. Transfer the pasta into the sauce pan and mix it with the sauce.
  • Bon appetit!

Notes

You can serve it with grated parmesan and basil leaves for garniture.
