Mix flour, salt, water and vinegar in a large bowl until you get a dough which is not sticky.

Pinch half a fist sized balls from the dough and roll out until you have a thin and even circle. Put at least 2 pinches of Feta cheese on one half of the circle.

Close the other half on top of the cheese and cut the edges with a pizza cutter or a knife.

Close the edges even further with a fork by pressing the teeth on the edges.

Place them on a tray which you covered with a little flour. This way they won't stick on the surface while they are waiting to get cooked.

Put 8 tablespoons of oil on a pan and heat it up. When the oil is ready, put them one by one in the oil and fry each side for 2-3 minutes.
